I have been extremely dizzy for the past 3 days.

did you wean yourself off of them or quit cold turkey? you should never quit prescriptions cold turkey . call your dr and let him wean you off

I take Lexapro 10mg and that happened when I did not take it for a few days. You will feel strange. Did y ou let your doctor know that you were stopping your medication? Because they caution you not to do so unless they (the doctor) can wean you of your medications. Let your doctor know about the dizzy feelings again and how it makes you feel. You may have to take a lower dose just to get a balance and then start taking the lower doses until your doctor feels you are ready to stop the medication. I take my meds every day even if it is a lower dose. You cannot stop taking your meds on your own.

Wow. I didn't have any problem like this when I went off Lexapro. Call your doctor. To me, this sounds like a withdrawal symptom. Depending on how long you were on Lexapro, you could have developed some sort of dependency on the drug. Your doctor would be able to know for sure, and will be able to treat it. God bless.

No, I am not dizzy cause you stopped taking Lexapro.
