if i am gonna pay $10 for my cognac i aint gonna pay extra.. it is already too much.

because alot of bartenders are paid 10-12$ for an entire shift. I worked a 9 hour shift and was only paid $12.50 for the shift
so no tips no pay

You have no idea how much a bartender can do for you with a few tips. Better service, comped drinks, complimentary tastings. It would really be the best if you at least left a buck for every $10 cognac you got. You need to keep the bartender your friend.

It's polite.

You should generally consider the tip as part of the expense of the drink. If that's too much, buy a cheaper drink and save money by buying the cognac in a store and drinking it at home.

Well that is more in the case of you are going to be there a bit and have a mixed drink. You tip so they don't start making weak drinks, but also they don't generally make much money as far as a salary so the tip is what helps them make a living.

because they have a verry small sallary stupid ...you have to pay 10 % FROM YOUR BILL , OR 15% IF YOU RICH

A GOOD TIP WILL MAKE YOUR SECOND DRINK MUCH MORE IN QUANTITY AND ATMOSPHERE.
