where are you from? if you are from the north i would look around there. any state that has bad winters is gonna have cheaper used cars becuse the get rusty faster. but rust isnt bad. you can get a rusty but dependable car in the north that will last you a long time. but if you are going for a car with looks then get one from somewhere else. rusty trucks look really manly tho.
