blood is supposed to be sticky, that is part of the clotting mechanism. But if you feel yours is too thick, that easily cured, you need to drink two liters of water every day. Not soda pop, not coffee, not juice.....WATER.
As for your hair, women shed hair pretty regularly, as much as 150 strands a day without noticing it, unless you are getting bald patches I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I'm 22 and I just experienced what's called a pulmonary embolism. I had blood clots in my lung. Doctors kept sending me away because "I'm too young to have a PE." Eventually through a blood test, I found out I have a blood coagulation disorder called FACTOR V LEIDEN. It means my blood clots much faster than the average person, creating life threatening clots. I'm now on a blood thinner pill called Warfarin or Coumadin. This makes my blood clot 3 times slower than the average person now. When I read your story, I got scared and immediately thought about what I had. Facor V leiden is passed on by either 1 or both of your parents. Pulmonary embolisms are one of the leading causes of death. Please don't wait, go to a doctor. There's something not right with your blood and I have a feeling you may also have a blood coagulation disorder. This can be VERY LIFE THREATENING. Please choose what's important. Your life! Take care, and good luck. I'll be thinking about you. Also, if you're currently on birth control pills or another form of hormonal therapy - discontinue! This speeds these things up. There are many websites you can visit. But please - take this very seriously.

You need to see a doctor. If you do not have insurance, you need to go to your county health department or clinic. I don't know where you live, but there are places that will accept people without insurance. You may have to wait forever, get there early. Go ASAP, don't play with your health.
