The signs of a kidney infection include, lower back pain, the feeling you need to go pee, but then it may take a while to actually do it, and sometimes there is pain when you do go, and you need to go more frequently. If you think you have a kidney infection it is very important to go to the doctor ASAP for antibiotics, they can get pretty bad if not taken care of.

Drink as much cranberry juice as you can handle, cran-grape is fine
if you are itchy, it is most likely a yeast infection instead

burning when urinating, sometimes a little blood in the urine, back pain, increased frequency going to the bathroom and going just a little bit

DRINK A LOTS OF WATER BEFORE U GO TO BED.IF UR URINE IS STILL YELLOWISH IN THE MORNNING WHEN U FIRST PEE.......TRY TO FOLLOW IF U HAVE ANY PAIN AROUND UR BACK....THE KEDNNEY IS APPROX 3 INCH DOWN FROM UR WAIST CURVE. IF YES TRY TO FILL IF U HAVE IRRITATION AND BURNING WHEN U PEE.......IF YES....YAHO U GOT IT.
