I agree.

Both were taken bodily up into heaven. And it is written that it is appointed for all men once to die and then judgment. And the book of Revelation reveals that the 2 witnesses die.

So, there ya have it.

Jesus said it can't be Enoch and Elijah
when he said at

John 3:13 Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man

Even King David isn't in heaven.

Acts 2:34 Actually David did not ascend to the heavens,

These two symbolize God's congregation, who at first seem to be defeated and then recover to provide a great witness prior to the end.

I thought it was Elijah and Moses, but on second thought Moses wouldn't be a very good pick for a speaker lol (remember, he stuttered). Perhaps Enoch was correct, I have no idea.

But I'm pretty sure about Elijah lol

perhaps they arent really people. remember this was written by some guy loong time ago, who had no knowledge of what future technology was. perhaps the prophets spewing fire from their mouths are nothing more then flame shooting tanks, or maybe a technology we dont know ourselves. revelations is very interprative.

i think its moreso represents the new and old covenant, but if literal, i would say elijah definalely and probably Moses, although Enoch could be.

Its just speculation but I would tend to agree... They are the only 2 people that did not die
