6 lbs.
You would have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 lb. So if you burn an extra 500 cals a day by exercise or consume 500 cals less per day then it will equal to 1 lb per week. (500 cal x 7 days = 3500 cals).
That would be a healthy weight loss. Plus also consider that if you weight train, you may gain weight but you will be able to fit in that smaller size clothes.

If you do it the healthy way, expect to lose between 6 and 12 lbs. If you do it the not so healthy way, you could lose upwards of 25 lbs. But you'll pay the price in the end.

well larger sized people actually lose weight faster than people who are a smaller size and men lose weight faster than women ... so if your about 200-300 you can lose about 6-18 in about 2 weeks but remember you have to eat right and don't slack in the exercise department AT ALL

6 weeks is a good amount of time to lose a lot, if you stick to your plan. Exercise more than you eat (make SURE you eat) and you could lose 25-30 lbs. Good Luck, stick with it!

You can safely lose 2-3 pounds a week. Any more than that is damaging your body.
