It is a short way of saying "Que pedo", an idiom that means the same as: "What's up". or how's it going, or what's going on, depending on the context.

it is a variation of ¿que pedo? which literally means ¿ what fart ? that is to say what´s going on?, what´s up?, not a formal greeting ( not polite ) but very used colloquially the pedo part pex you can say it in front of anyone

Is like what´s up?... we use it actually like que pedo?... is just a kind of slang that we use with friends, is kindda of informal conversation
