You will test positive in stool for virus. Same s/s as rotavirus. Why can't you get it?

the protien coat of the virus is modified genetically with human and bovine protiens, so the body produces antibodies to the virus, but it cannot infect.

She may be having a reaction to the vaccine. But the vaccine didn't give her rotavirus. I hope this helps.
