Read these scriptures and then see what you think. Psalm 146:4; Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10; Genesis 3:19; Ecclesiastes 3:20; Deuteronomy 18:10,11; Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29.
~ 10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more; And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be. 11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. 29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth,
And they will reside forever upon it. (Psalm 37:10,11,29) ~

As far as we know, there is no record of anyone ever returning from Heaven and that's why we know so little about it. We can only rely on the Bible, which tells us that Heaven will be beyond anything we can imagine. Some people believe that their deceased loved ones are watching over them and if that gives them comfort, who are we to state otherwise? In truth, I do nor believe that we get any visitations from Heaven in the way you describe - but then I've been wrong before!

No.
And what I base this on is Jesus telling of a certain rich man - not introducing it as a parable but a certain man. And there was a certain beggar - not a fictional character to illustrate a picture of the heart of God but an actual person with a name, Lazarus. When the rich man was taken to hell (this was before Jesus' resurrection to take captivity captive) he could actually see Lazarus in Abraham's bosom which was in the place of the dead - or in the Hebrew tongue, Sheol.
Abraham informed the rich man (who was not named because the Bible already tells us that the name of the wicked shall be blotted out) that there was a chasm that neither side could pass through to get to either place (Luke 16:26). Therefore, if they couldn't pass through to get from one place to the other in the place of the dead, then it certainly stands to reason they cannot pass to come back into the earth realm.
However, we do have Biblical precedent that says that we living can visit heaven (the man that Paul knew), and that we are citizens of heaven already who believe in Jesus Christ, we are seated in heavenly places in Christ, and that we can see visions and dream dreams as the prophet Joel said.

Since the Bridal Class of Born Again Christians are to serve as Overseers over those "other sheep not of this fold" who survive Armageddon and rebuild the Earth back into a Paradise, I would imagine they can see what is going on.

No... that is a one way trip.... what many believe are ghosts, or souls of the departed, are in fact evil spirits mimiking the departed. The souls of those who have ended their mortal time are asleep untill the time they are called up by Christ. Either to the judgment of the lost, or, to the judgment of the saved.

They most likely have the best network to watch us from there. And it's free!! No doubt they can see us unless it's being blocked because of the rating. Would that be GG?
