Preferrably from a real company with real products. I have been tasked with space planning, and I don't want to have do the drawings if I can get them elsewhere

Which version of CAD do you have, every AutoCAD from 2000 on has its own blocks (ie furniture block) built into in its design centre (ctrl 1 or ctrl 2 - shortcut - I forget which one) there is everything from kitchens to offices to bathrooms to plants, and even the cracked versions of CAD have the design centre, give me email/message if you have trouble finding it, good luck

What CAD software are you using? I am not sure how detailed it has to be, but for space planning, you could just draw the floor plan layout. You can make it to scale or to a ratio, however you want. And then for furniture you can go out and get base dimensions for different furniture. Once you get those base dimensions, just use basic circles, squares or rectangles, to denote the maximum space that a certain peice of furniture will allocate. This will give you an idea on how much space you'll have left and/or to be able to work with. This will give you probably the most realistic approach to spacing. As the the one person said, some furniture places DO have block files, but sometimes getting a hold of them is tedious and hard.

If you need detailed drawings to do a 3D model, that may take a little work on your part. Sometimes there isnt an easy way out of things.

I have seen some furniture makers provide block files of furniture to add to drawings. I think the best bet is to look up different furniture manufacturer sites.
