.............exactly how we get UTI's? Is it from having multiple partners, or not being clean enough after sex??

It is not from multiple parteners.
UTI's generally happen when your perineal area is often damp all the time or not cleaned often enough. They can also happen if the area is contaminated with fecal matter (this most often happens when females wipe from back to front rather than front to back).
Another thing that can contribute to UTI's is if you have recently been on high doses of antibiotics or do not take in enough liquids.

Those are just naming two of the primary causes of a UTI. You can also get one by drinking too much soda, and not enough water. Another contributing factor is wearing jeans, pants, etc... that are too tight! Also- wearing panties that are not cotton can cause symptoms leading toward an actual UTI...

No that would be STD'S,Sexually transmitted diseases,not using protection during intercourse.UTI's drinking to many sodas drinking coffee,basically not enough water.UTI's urinary tract infection.

Its just a bacteria infection, make sure you wipe front to back and not back to front.
