You can say it three ways, depending on what you like best.
1) Bebé [bay-BAY]
2) Bebito - if it's a boy, [bay-BEE-toe],
3) Bebita - if it's a girl, [bay-BEE-tah].
Pronunciation is in parentheses. Stress is on the all caps parts. I personally like bebito/a better, because it sounds cuter. Its like the difference between saying dog and doggy. Doggy is cuter.

you can say bebe´(male), beba ( female), nene (male), nena (female), but most Spanish speaking people understand what baby means at least in Mexico since it is a term widely used here (in Mexico i mean)
