Please note I am using EXPRESS ... not regular Outlook. I know how to save copies in Microsoft Outlook... but I need to know how to do it in Microsoft Outlook Express. Thank you kindly.

go to Tools > Accounts > Mail Tab > then highlight the account > go to Properties > click Advanced Tab > check Leave a copy of messages on server. Apply. OK

Open the properties of your mail account and click on the tag "Advanced" at the top right of the properties dialog box. See at the bottom of Advance tag you will find a check box with a heading "Leave a copy of message with the server" I hope you will understand the further procedure.
