i've known him 4 years,these last 4 months he has been looking at me in an unuseual way.i sent'm a msg asking him if he had feelings 4 me,he didnt answer.the next time i saw him he was still looking,so i sent'm another msg asking about these looks,he also didnt answer,but when i sent asking y doesnt he answer,is it so hard?he said yes coz i'm his little sis&he's trying to act normally!!!.i took it as it is &stopped thinking about it,but i just saw him and he's looking more than ever(it's the kind of look that hurts ur stomach,or maybe just mine)should i ask again?or what do i do?

he kind of asked me out before about two years ago but i didnt approve but now i'm willing to.does this mean that i should make the 1st move this time?should i speak with'm face to face?

He was probably at his peak attraction towards you 2 years ago. But, since you're like a buddy to him now, he is afraid that he'll lose that relationship once when you two start dating. You should make the first move. However, your move should be subtle and gradual. Don't ask him out on a date right away. You should ask him to hang out and show him "signals" that you want a closer relationship and see how he reacts. If he reacts positively, then give him more signs. In other words, play it safe and there is a good chance that it'll work out. But, if you give him too much pressure, then he'll act the way he is acting now - refusal to answer your questions/messages. Good luck!

Girl do your thang and jump on it!He likes you but maybe he does look at you as a sister and don't want to mess up the friendship you guys have.But tell him if that's the case if either one of you see things are starting to get sour break it off immediately that way the friendship won't be ruined.

I think you should try to face him and tell him how you feel and if you can't do that write him a letter.
