1.) Use lip liner just outside your natural lip line. Fill in with matching lipstick, cover with lip gloss. Shiny lips look fuller. Also, in the center of your bottom lip, use extra lip gloss, it will improve your pout.
2.) Sephora sells several lip plumper's. Use one that is not also a lip gloss. You want one that is absorbed to actually plump your lips. The ones that work best have the same ingredient as female Viagra ( improves blood flow).
3.) Collagen injections but they are expensive and don't last forever. They have a new one that lasts longer but I can't remember the name.
4.) Rub your lips with Tabasco or Cayenne Pepper. It'll sting but that's what makes your lips swell.
5.) In a pinch and it only lasts a few minutes ( good if a cute guy is around and you are not prepared) chew your lips for a few seconds. I'm serious, this works.
Good Luck!! I know how you feel. I've wanted fuller lips my whole life.

I would recommend lining your lips with lip liner first, something that matched your natural lip color. If youre looking for a good lip plumper Pout makes a great one...and it tastes like those thin mints girl scouts sell. The best lip plumper is Freeze 24/7...from what I've tried that is. It really does plump up your lips. I got a free sample from where I worked, its like $40 for clear and $42.50 for colors. I would go to the stores and try them out first hand...walk around and then decide if you like them. I know they sell them at bath and body works, sephora, and victoria's secret. To name a few, hope that helps.

There's a number of make-up tips and enhancer products on the market. Please try those before you try a drastic measure such as collagen injections--take a look at Lisa Rinna's (actress married to Harry Hamlin). Her lips are gross looking! Don't do that to your self because it's permanent and full lips may not always be the in look. Thin will eventually be in and in the meantime talk to a cosmetologist who may be able to enhance what you have. With a smile, you're beautiful anyway!

Full lips are best used for one thing in particular. Do you do that well enough to warrant fuller lips?

Here is a makeup trick,
When you use your foundation go ahead and cover your lips, when you line your lips line them just outside your natural lipline, then fill in your entir lip with the pencil and cover with lipstick or lipgloss. This will define your lips and make them seem slightly bigger, especially if you do it in a natural rose color.

They have a great colored, gloss, Lip plumper now, by Clinique... They also sell cheaper ones in drug stores one is by Sally, I think? The worst side effect is that they are sticky and sting but just a little, it's like getting mint gum on your lip...
