I did a black and white shot of our family's bare feet all line up together last year. It was so cute and everyone loved it!
Just get creative and have fun with it!

I did a family photo at the beach with a snoman made out of sand since it only snows here every 30 or 40 years. Then I made postcards out of them and mailed them. Much cheaper than the postage on cards when you are mailing a couple hundred.

depending on how young they are.... try this site to find cute homemade things to make and send www.handsonfun.com I make crafts and cards from this site with my girl scout troop and they always turn out cute.
