I'm not sure how to say "I will love you forever" in Latin... (By Latin, I mean the kind of Latin spoken in Rome back in the days. "Et tu Brute" kind of Latin.)

Semper certainly comes across as "always" or "ever". But if you use "in aeternum", this expresses "for ever without end", "in eternity" with a greater emphasis.

Te in aeternum amabo

Etiam si dicendum est tibi quod non erit fine in amore quis habeas, licet ad aeternitate expresanda hi verbis:

"Semper te Amabo" sicut: "Nun et semper te valde amabo"

"In aeterno" autem bene est, sed si hoc diceris significandum est post vitam quam agis et amare eum, velut in saecula saeculorum dicitur... "Semper" dum vitam istam agas amabis eum dices.

Quid quoque est optima tibi, solum tibi est consilio

Ave

I'm 100% sure of the exact translation. And I'm not sure if there is a direct translation - word for word, either.
I do know that 'sempre' means 'always'.
Try these 2 sites. Type in one word at a time to find the translated word, then look at the other site (Latin dictionary) to see if they match to what you are looking for.
Good luck!
