defrost the chicken in the microwave, while you are doing that, boil water, and add the pasta. When chicken is defrosted, cut into pieces about 1" and throw it in a pan with a little bit of oil (if no oil use butter). while you are doing that, throw the broccolli and carrots in a microwave-safe bowl with about 2 Tbs. water. cover with saran wrap and poke a hole in the top to vent it. Drain the pasta and throw it back in the pot. When the chicken is brown, add to the pasta. when the veggies are done, add to the pasta. cut up the tomato and add to the pasta as well. Pour some Italian dressing (if you have it) over the mixture and toss. If you dont have italian dressing, add a little oil or butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the mixutre and toss. yumyum.

Cube the chicken breast or cut into small strips and cook in olive oil with some garlic, onion, salt & pepper and worchester sauce.
Add veggies, the broccolli, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc. whatever you have. When the veggies are more than 1/2 done add a package of crushed up ramen noodles, chicken flavor with either water or chicken broth and add the seasoning packet. Simmer until all ingredients are done.

A spaghetti with meat sauce-that will use up your tomatoes and ground beef. Or else, for variety, use chicken instead of ground beef--cut the chicken up, fry it, and then cook it in the sauce. Add basil, thyme, garlic, bay leaves, pepper and a bit of chili powder and maybe some caraway seeds (if using meat). Use broccoli tips in the salad, or else grated carrots. Add a half cup of wine to the sauce when cooking. (And have a few sips yourself.)

Steam the broccoli, mix in a can of soup, some cheese, and top with the stuffing. (Or mix it in, your choice). Make the rice with diced nuked carrots. Skip the spam. Make tacos or enchiladas on the side.
Just stuff off the top of my head.

Beef Stroganoff:
This classic Russian dish is easy to make; use frozen chopped onions and presliced mushrooms to speed preparation. To maintain a creamy consistency, be careful not to bring the sauce to a boil once you stir in the sour cream mixture. Serve with rice if you need a substitute for egg noodles.
1 (8-ounce) carton reduced-fat sour cream
3 tablespoons no salt-added tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, cut into (2-inch) strips
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (14-ounce) can less-sodium beef broth
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
8 cups cooked medium egg noodles (about 7 cups uncooked pasta)
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add beef; seal and shake to coat beef with flour mixture.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion to pan; sauté 2 minutes or until tender. Add beef and flour mixture to pan; sauté 3 minutes or until beef is browned. Gradually add broth, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Add mushrooms; cover and cook 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in sour cream mixture. Cook, uncovered, 1 minute or until heated (do not boil). Stir in parsley, if desired. Serve over the egg noodles.
Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup beef mixture and 1 cup noodles)

Taco salad.
Brown up the ground beef, slice up the tomatoes, take the taco shells and break them up.
Cheese, any cheese? (I am assuming a lot with the taco stuff) and some shredded lettuce
Yum! Yum!
