revelation 19: 11 and i saw heaven opened and behold a white horse and he that sat upon him was called faithful and true and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

It means that the writer saw heaven open up and a white horse (in the heaven). There are some passages a little deeper to understand. You don't even need the greek for this one.

Spiritually it means that John saw a white Horse coming out of the sky. Remember this was a vision not what He actually saw. Jim

I would assume it means that the apostle John saw the heaven opened and beheld, or saw, a white horse.
