Deaf. Seems less limiting.

I would much rather be deaf. There are far more limitations on blind people. At least if you were deaf you would still be able to drive, see your loved ones, and see everything in the world around you. Most of the things people have to say anymore are dirty so i'd rather just not hear them.

Deaf...Reason: Sign language seems a lot easier to learn than braille, I have a 3 year old son who I want to SEE grow up, and I am a single mother...being blind would totally mess up my daily activities for a longer period of time than being deaf.

Deaf. You can always use sign language to communicate.
Blind- You couldn't see anything or any of the beauty of the world.

ummmm...I think I'd rather beee......*thinking*
I guess I'd rather be.......oh my f-ing god! I can't choose, and I'll tell ya why.
I wouldn't wanna loose my SITE because I wouldn't get to see my little cousin grow up or me, or anyone else! And I wouldn't get to watch everything change and stuff! It would be HORRIBLE if that happened! Not to mention I'd have to learn brail n' sheit. UGH! It'd REALLY suck!!! AND also, my favorite hobby is drawing, sketching, painting, EVERYTHING like that-It would be SUCH a tragety to loose my site-I could no longer draw.....just thinking about that makes me want to cry. lol
But I couldn't POSSIBLY loose my hearing because I'd forget everyone's voices and I only know like, the alphabet and SOME words in sing-language, so that'd suck. But most of all, I'd loose my ability to sing. I know-I'm so corny-sketching AND singing? lol
But seriously, I live for music. I thrive on it! Music is my LIFE-really. If I lost my hearing, I don't know what I would do, don't know what I COULD do............I couldn't possibly LIVE without hearing everything around me and well, I just gotta say, music is my biggest thing in life.......everyone tells me my voice is like a bell or an angel or whatever. And I've been working my way up-trying day after day, month after month, year after year to make my voice stronger and perfect even more that if I lost the ability to hear it all of the sudden, well, I could still learn to play the piano even better and better and the guitar etc., but I don't know........I still wouldn't be able to HEAR the music I'm playing......I don't know if I could go on.......so I guess that's my answer---I'd rather be blind than deaf. I live more for music than for art. gosh, you made me get all deep and emotional in my writing. lol

Oh, and btw, on your other question 'bout u'r question on who else had a scarry dream, yeah-I had one. It was like, this sort of creepy guy with a knife in his hand was walking closer and closer and CLOSER to me in a complete white room and I would be totally freaked out, but not running away! And once he is face-to-face with me, *poof* he would be back where he started! weird....and my step mom said she's had that same dream many times also.........weird, ha? :)

Deaf, as they are more self-sufficient. There is a reason why the blind have a special tax credit.

Deaf. My sight is my most important sense. Deaf would at least mean an occasional "piece of quiet".
