Depending on what all you intend to do, daily pet sitting at your own home would be about $10...and for out of home dog walking, $10 per 30 minute walk..$15 per hour walk..

It depends on what kind of experience you have. If you've got references and have basic dog-training / dog healthcare (first aid & cpr)certificates, you could get as much as $25.00 per hour for dog-sitting.
If you have no references and no documented skills, I wouldn't let you near my dog.
