Why are you so angry and resentful of others who have faith in a loving Father who brings joy to their hearts? Just because you think something is not true doesn't make it untrue.
When a person has had their life turned upside down, inside out, shaken to the core, and put back together because of God's great love being poured out in their lives, they have every good reason to try to share with others the hope they have in Jesus. I am one of these and can never thank God enough for all He has done for me.
You seem so bitter. I am sorry. God still loves you and wants you to know Him, as He really is and not as you think He is.

It's "sects", I do believe.
It's because the truth isn't obvious...people are given free will to choose what they want to believe, and thus some people will believe the truth (whatever it may be...I believe God is truth, but of course I could be wrong), and some people will believe what they want to believe or what they are taught to believe growing up, or whatever.
You don't know that it is "untrue," by the way.
