Well if the stretch marks are pretty deep, there are really a few products that can actually remove the stretch marks. One is Palmer's Shay and Cocoa Butter.. Women who are pregnant use this product before they get the stretch marks. It has been proven very effective however if you already have marks, it can only lessen it.. There are other alternatives to rid of them but they're expensive and require a procedure. You can undergo laser surgery which is the best way but not necessarily the most affordable.. Try the over the counter remedies first and see where that takes you..

Some people find that sunless tanning treatments (both over-the-counter lotions and sprays and in-salon types of treatments) can help cover up stretch marks. This doesn't work for regular tanning or tanning beds, though, because stretch marks themselves are less likely to tan. And as everyone knows, the sun and tanning beds do more harm than good when it comes to the long-term health of your skin. You also can buy body makeup matched to the tone of your skin that can make stretch marks all but invisible. Although some manufacturers make these cover-up products water-resistant, makeup may not be the best solution if you'll be spending a lot of time in the water.

Cocobutter cream, shea butter and pur virgin olive oil all help with stretch marks if used on a regular basis. I say help because some strech mark are heriditary so they are minimised and don't go away but are less obvious. In some people like myself, they go away completely. I used the shea butter before and after my pregnancies after baths or showers and in my bath I put the virgin oil three times a week. The cocobutter I used every night before I went to bed.

Vitamin E will reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks, my doctor reccomended it to me to help fade my scars after a breast reduction. I like a vitamin e cream called Jasons, or something like it. I get it at Wild Oats or Whole Foods. If all else fails, get the vitamins and crack them open. The gooey stuff inside does the trick (but its kind of a pain to squish it all out). Also, I have been told that soy improves elasticity of skin, so it might help to prevent getting stretch marks in the future. If nothing else, keep in mind that all scars fade with time.

Unfortunately there is not fullproof treatment other than surgery to remove stretchmarks. There are however a number of products on the market which profess to eliminate them. Rubish. Products such as coco butter and Lanolin will help to improve the appearance of the stretchmarks but you will never eliminate them. Just remember to keep your skin supple and well moisturised and maintain your weight if you can.

I know that cocoa butter helps very much to prevent them, but I am not sure if it will help to take them away. There are special products on the market to help reduce the visibility. Visit your skin care specialist in the mall (not a drug store) to check out some options. Generally, it will be quite expensive.

Sorry, but there is no way to get rid of them... Once they are there, they are there 4ever... but if your talking about your inner thigh try working them out you skin will look tighter and wont be as noticeable... If they are pink they will be like that for about a year before the blend in to your skin color.... But try using coco butter lotions

You can't entirely get rid of them, but you CAN help them fade by brushing your skin. Sounds crazy, I know, but it really does help. Skin brushing will make the stretch marks fade from ugly, angry red to a much-less-noticeable color that will blend better with your skin tone. (In my case, they turned a very pale white.) Brushing also helps with cellulite, as it stimulates the lymphatic system.
