No, there are privately owned agencies...Express Perssonnel, Ajilon Finance, and several local agencies.

No, but they are all under indirect government control through the law. That's so that can do EEOC and Affirmative Action stuff and make employers hire people that they neither like nor trust.

no, Hamilton Reicher is owned by some guy that used to Live in Martin, TN. I worked for them for about three months one time
