I believe it. I cant believe the people that get married and then start cheating! No one knows the meaning of love and sharing your life with one person. Which is the person you marry! You cant have your cake and eat it too!!!!! Its simply amazing how many people ask about should the cheat or they want to, or they even have. I wish I could change the world. But I cant!
Im glad to hear that there are some people out there that still have a mind!!!

YES. marriage is a wonderful institution.. it got a bad rap when people weren't
1) making sure they, themselves, were Good People
2) making sure their partner, future wife or husband, were Good people
3) continuing to work on the relationship, make it grow, prosper, and do Right for and by each other
sigh..... cheating and multiple sex partners and stuff... it's all fun and games in the beginning...but even those people eventually realize, and Seek, for a monogamous relationship...! i truly think Marriage Counseling is important to do before getting married... also maybe even Parent counseling before having children. but it starts at the home, when u are raising your Child. teach good values, morals, and Encourage Positivity, Healthiness, Love, and Goodness, and i think that will be able to change the cycle we are in right now..... good luck, and as long as YOU make sure you have values, and make sure the person u seek has good values, u have a good chance at having a good marriage and children. :) it starts w/ one, and u can't force the world to change, but u can make a difference in ur life, and those around you.

Um, I do believe in that as long as it makes sense to do so.
I knew a woman who left her physically abusive husband, as she should have done. But, like many women (ugh), she went back to him, and he went right on beating her. However, my uber-Christian uncle, who claimed to be her friend, said that was a good thing because she was no longer living in sin.
I do think that many people don't think about what marriage really means before jumping into it. But, we have to remember that there are times when divorce is NECESSARY, regardless of what your religion says. (I'm not calling the questioner a religious nut, I am saying this as a general comment.)

hmmm...
Society's views on sex changed and women are different.
Unfortuantely there's no turning back.
Thing is, I sorta like it now, I mean imagine if you were the bozo who had to hide underneath the stairs just to sneak a peek at a woman's ankles! Nowadays you could just look down the street and look at all the naked girls with strings hiding their treasures everywhere.

yeah....unless your partner is a real *** or abusive or a compulsive gambler or compulsive spender or a substance abuser who is making your life a living hell....If that's the case then I say get out and have some peace in your life.
Other than that ..I'm good with till death do us part.

I do, but my ex husband didn't. Wish I could find a guy that believes it. I blame it on TV and movies making being a player look cool.
