Most "flavors" are clear, be the in water, soda or whaterver. Most things that have added flavor also have added color. Read the back of soda bottle and you will see coloring as an ingredient. For flavored water they add the flavor, but not the color since water is supposed to be clear.
Many flavored waters amount to be nothing more than kool-aid made with artifical sugar and no coloring added.

Flavor is more a sense of smell than taste. So the taste of banana and watermelon is sweet but their smells are different. Flavor is more aromatic and is derived from the oils or essences of the fruit and aroma is colorless. You can read more on flavors here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flavour
So in flavored water, they just add the natural or chemical essence of the fruit, which is colorless. Some flavored water brands also add little sugar or artificial sweetener to make it more appealing. Often the artificial fruit drinks have a added artificial color to make it pleasing to the eye.

I was going to ask this question too, but I found out the answer. It is because you know how ppl add flavour and preservatives? Well it is pretty sneaky because they don't add any food colour, just the flavour. So it looks ike its healthy but its not! Scams ppl scams...

Most flavor is clear, but in many drinks they color it to make it look interesting. When it comes to water they are trying to sell the 'pure' and health look to appeal to a different market, so they leave them clear.

because they just want to make the WATER taste better and make you still feel like you are doing some thing good for your body by drinking water

Because the artificial fruit flavorings they use are clear. If it's clear it makes you think that it's pure, refreshing and natural, doesn't it? That way you BUY IT!

mine isnt im ingesting a pitcher perfect now.its pink and u can get it at wal mart and that i is provided in a cilnder field and u fill up a jug of water and placed the ability stuff in it and then u shake it up

Why is everything else colored ? All it is is added color to make it more believable or appealing.

because flavor doesn't mean it has color, most flavors don't and color is added. Most everything we drink has added color to it.
