Recipe Zaar lists the fat, calories and all nutrition content of every recipe that is received. you can either search for the recipe or put your own in and it will give you all of the nurtition info that looks exactly like the label on packaged food.
If you want to put your own recipe in you have to create an account. Its free and they dont send you spam or anything. I use it all the time. Hope this helps

just go to www.allrecipes.com they have recipes and on the bottom they have the nutritional facts & all.
