So my friend was driving up the mountain pass last week and he was going 65 in a 25!!! I told him to slow down and he said that I go like 60 all the time up the pass, and I said,well, thats true, but youre going 65, and he said, so, and I said well, it wouldnt be 65if it wasnt any different form 60!!! Am I right?

You can be wrong and I think you are. It is like the pot calling the kettle black. In other words you don't have any right to complain is some one is breaking the same law that you break. 5mph or 50mph breaking the law is breaking the law
