No too risky on several levels. He could be a serial killer. He might have a communicable disease and/or a sexually transmitted disease(s). He might be a rapist. He might take you somewhere that unbeknown to you, the two of you would secretly be filmed. I'm sure if you think about it, you could come up with a few reasons not to go yourself.
I wouldn't do it.

If he was Brad Pitt kind of hot I would probably do it. But he had to be extra super hot, not just average.
