Sometimes it can be an incredible distraction to intimate thoughts. It's not that he would not want to have intimacy, it's that intimacy gets moved to a lower priority than solving important problems or dealing with major issues and things that need to be done.

I'm not exactly sure what your asking...does he not make enough money? Or if he has alot of money obligations?
Well if he is strained and stressed then sure it can leak into other aspects to his life...i'm sure he may not be trying to, but money can lead to alot of issues. I'd ask him whats troubling him and get the matter straight, sometimes it can be something totally different.

It depends on the individual and his personal situation. By shared intimacy, do you mean sex?

Yes, it is true. men get stressed out just like us girls.
I know when I have alot on my mind I am not the least bit interested in sex. My husband is the same way, when he is under alot of stress there is no coziness( Ya know what I mean)

I think if he is not there for you intimately then he might feel like hes not doing enough to make you happy or it could be he don't care
