When I click on the link to the file there is only a little box in the upper left hand coroner of the page with colored shapes in it. I have tried everything to open the files but it just won't open.

may be the file is corupted or , try to re-install pdf program again.

You need to downloads the Acrobat reader,once you do this you can open the file in a Adobe Acrobat browser,It's so wonderful and safest software which is offered at gratis by http:///www.adobe.com.

if other PDF's won't open it could bet hat teh Acrobat Reader is not properly installed or removed, corrupt registry or more... try uninstalling Acrobat Reader and restart windows, reinstall and see what happens, otehrwise... corrupt PDF files you cna't open or they are not where they should eb and the link doesn't work anymore...

Those pdf files might require newer versions of Acrobat readers. You might want to consider upgrading your reader.

There is a virus that infects PDf files, check you havnt got it as it can also effect the printer hardware. uninstall adobe reeboot and reinstall also can sort it.

Probably you didn't install it right!!! Now delete it and program it correct!
