I would be a lot happier for sure. I always love when people ask the question 'would you rather be deaf or blind?'. As though I even have to think about it!

First off let me say that age is only what you make it. I know a lady who has been deaf her whole life,she has been married for 23yrs now and raised 2 kids,Bob tells me that he talks to her like he does me,she can read lips as well as sign,yes he also signs,i have known that couple for 15 yrs and can tell you that unless they told you,you would have no clue Pam is deaf.So yes i do believe that you can have a good relationship,if age comes between you,i would say it is because there is more to it,such as one seeing things way different. My hubby would love to be deaf,in fact he pretends to be most of the time.

well for us women who dont nag, he wouldnt be happier, he'd just miss out on all my dirty talk and moans in the bed.
