I'm getting married and want it to be like a fairy tale. I have a venue but the decor isn't great so to hide it I want to get it lined like a marquee but we need it done cheap.

Hi, you can get lots of cheap sari material, even silks which don't cost a lot from areas like Southall, Wembley, Tooting, if you're based near London, or Birmingham, Leicester etc also. Pleat & pin up the sari material on the walls or as a 'marquee' style into the centre to give it an exotic but decadent look. You can even pin material to the floor. Include lots of fairy lights, candles, metallic confetti, sprinkle rose petals, even have large silk cushions in one area as a 'chill out' area! Congratulations!

Depending on where you live, I'm in Leicestershire, where I work has a function room that is decked out inside with marquee style drapes, chandeliers and a stage. It holds up to 400 people comfortably and is very very cheap to hire. We also do all the food, toast prep etc, can recommend good disco/band. Regularly do weddings, it's a great place for a do.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "marquee" but Oriental Trading has some staging decorations.
