Will I get in trouble because I knew she paid them cash, didn't report all their taxes, etc? I thought she was a big ***** when I worked for her and I want her to get her just desserts! She kept threatening me if I said this, did that... I really needed the job back then.

Turn her in! She is not playing fair not only in the market place but to the rest of us who pay taxes for their employees. Plus we don't need the illegals in this country anyway!

People get paid under the table all the time!! Just because she paid them cash doesnt mean they are illegal immigrants. Just because theyre mexican/mexican american you think that theyre here illegally. Citizens and legal immigrants get paid under the table a lot too. If youre trying to get back at your boss, egg her house or something. Dont start a legal battle or something that will put you in over your head, or hurt other people.

Think about those "illegals".. they probably need the job more than u did, why do u think they come over here in the first place? Are u some kind of snitch working for Bush or something?

If i had information like that, i would consider it my duty as an American to notify immigration. especially with the border lock down problem; and I'm not talking about the Canadian border. submit your information anonymously if you are worried about getting trouble by your ex-boss. neither the government nor immigration will do anything to you, they will appreciate it.

Report her to the IRS, they'll fix her.

If she threatened you? That's not good at all. You should turn her in. She can't threaten you like that. Did she say if you turned her in she'd fire you? That's extortion. So on top of her hiring illegal aliens you can slab that on her charges. Do it.

If this is done without her knowing it was you she cannot do anything to you. It is illegal to let people work under the table without legal papers on hand. if I am right you can also be rewarded for letting them know what is going on.
