Sometimes I do not understand life and if God is there, help.

Where He is physically located is meaningless if He's not in your heart.
He is standing at the door of your heart and knocking, though. If anyone opens to Him, He will come in. Then the the two of you can talk about whatever it is that's troubling you.
You don't have to do anything fancy to talk to God. Just talk to Him. When you reach out to Him with your whole heart sincerely, you will surely find Him.

I'm not super religious, but I do believe there is a God.
You must communicate with a higher source through Prayer.
Ask for what you need and give thanks for what you have.
Know that whatever it is you're going through, it wouldn't happen if you were unable to handle it. There are good things that come out of bad situations. (kind of like a Silver lining in the grey cloud we hear about)
Hang in there and pray hard!

God is everywhere and if you ask him into your life he will be with you always. You may not see Him until you get to heaven, but believe me if He is in your life you will feel Him with you whenever you need Him. God bless.

God isn't there unless you ask him to be...He lives in my heart forever!!!! Accept Him into your life and ask for guidance in your life.....He will help!!! And it is not always the answer you want or think is good for you but it is ALWAYS what is best!!!!
