I wouldn't jump to a divorce, but you sure need to clear the air. I recommend marriage counselling.

The only legitimate reason for divorce according to the Bible is fornication. Fornication is sex outside of marriage, meaning that if a woman misrepresents herself to the bridegroom concerning her virginity or her previous sexual activity, then a divorce is acceptable. Adultery is not grounds for divorce, according to the Bible. An adulterer or adulteress is to be forgiven by the other mate. There must always be forgiveness in a marriage, but these days ther is no forgiveness among people. It is as if people get married looking for an excuse to get a divorce.

Matthew 19:3
The Pharisees tested Jesus by asking "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason?" Jesus answered and said "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female," "There is a reason man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So then they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.
Then they asked him, "Why did Moses command to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?"
Jesus answered, "Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immortality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery."
My guess even though they say they haven't had sex, they probably have. No man and woman who like each other an just kiss and that be it.
But the bible says whoever is married has relations with another is commiting adultery. And if you divorce and marry another divorced then you are also commiting adultery.

The only cause for divorce is fornication, which is any illicit sexual act. It would include adultery and bestiality. Matt 5:32; Matt 19:9.
Kissing is not fornication. It is sinful (according to your question), but not grounds for divorcing.

JESUS says when someone gets marryed let no man un do what was doen in GOD,s eye,s.
if a man putteth away his wife and she remarys then she is commiting a sin in GOD,s eye,s, but if a person,s life is in danger and a divorce is done then no there is no sin against GOD. just keep your faith. and the real truth will come out,no one can hide their sin,s from GOD.

What are the rules for divorce today?
1. The Law of Moses bound the woman to her husband as long as he was alive. She could not get a divorce for any reason.
Romans 7:2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
I Corinthians 7:39 The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will: only in the Lord.
2. Under the Law a man was permitted to have more than one wife, but the woman was not allowed to have but one husband.
Deut 21:15 If a man have two wives, one beloved, and the another hated,
3. Under the Law, which was still in effect while Jesus was on earth; the Pharisees ask the Lord if it was lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? The Lord tells them that before the Law was given this was not so, because God made male and female and for this cause shall a man leave father and mother and shall cleave to his wife, and they shall be one flesh. Then the Pharisees asked why did Moses then command to a writing of divorcement, and put her away? The Lord told them it was because of the hardness of their hearts
(Matthew 19:3-11; Genesis 1:23-27)
4. Under the law given to Moses for the Nation of Israel, there were only two reasons why a man could divorce his wife: (1) Uncleanness. Deut 24:1 because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. (2) Fornication. Matthew 19:9 Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication,
5. Under the law a man could never be reconciled to a wife that he had given a divorce.
Deuteronomy 24:1 When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favor in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
Deuteronomy 24:2 And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.
Deuteronomy 24:3 And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife;
Deuteronomy 24: 4 Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
6. Under Grace (after the Nation of Israel had rejected the Lord), there is neither Jew nor Gentile. In the church age (the body of Christ), we are delivered from the Law; Under Grace a man is only permitted to have one wife and the woman to have only one husband.
Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law.
I Corinthians 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
7. Under Grace divorce is permitted if peace cannot be found in the family of one believing member and one non- believing member.
I Corinthians 7:15 But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
8. Under Grace a divorced person can remarry without committing a sin.
I Corinthians 7:40 But she is happier if she so abide, after my judgment:
I Corinthians 7:25 Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord:
I Corinthians 7:26 I suppose therefore that this good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.
I Corinthians 7:28 But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned.
9. Under Grace, Paul gives his judgments and they are as much a commandment of the Lord as when the Lord himself told the Pharisees in Matthew chapter 19. The Lord is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow but he deals with people in different ways. Today we have been delivered from the Law and we should use the commandments given to Paul by the Lord from heaven.
I Corinthians 14:37 If any man thinks himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

Jesus said that divorce and remarriage is adultery.
But you can leave your spouse if he has committed adultery.
