If you believe in the word of God and you have excepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and you have repented your sins, been baptized in water and spirit you will go to heaven. That is a promise in the Bible. If you have not done this then yes you are going to hell.

If you try to keep the commandments and you are sorry for the things you have done wrong, I think you ARE saved. Keep plugging along, we are only human! In our human "ness" we are going to mess up so don't be too hard on yourself, but learn from your mistakes.
