It is hard for many to understand the spiritual meaning behind things but if you do it becomes a symbol of what you believe...If in our flesh we show that our flesh rules our spirit we send a bad message. Man is to woman as spirit is to flesh. It is the reason that the Bible teachs wives should submit to there husbands. When we represent God we should follow his order there are spiritual reasons for this order. there is a spiritual order to things Jesus was in submission to the father...The church is in submission to Jesus... Its not about ineqaulity it is differing purposes in the body of Christ.

No a woman cannot teach, nor preach. Only aged women can teach young women (they can't teach anyone other than young women and there are specific things they can teach the younger women). That's found in Titus 2:3-5. Other than that NOT ONE WOMAN was made a preacher, or teacher. Paul actually outlines who titles are to be given to. An Elder, Bishop, or Overseer is to be the HUSBAND OF ONE WIFE (1 Timothy 3:1-13). This also means a woman cannot be a Deaconess (women cannot be Deacons or Deaconesses, nor can they be Pastors according to what the WORD OF GOD says). When Joel said something about pouring out God's Spirit upon all flesh and in the last days both women and men will be able to prophesy that is talking about us all being able to talk about the second coming of Jesus Christ (that's the only way all of us can prophesy). This is not preaching. Prophesying is direct revelation from God and it is fortelling an event that is about to take place. Prophesying is not preaching. Preaching is breaking down and teaching the Word of God. Preaching is interpreting what the Word of God says.

God has never called a woman to preach, You use some good scriptures, there, But also go to Eph.4:11-16 It mention Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists & Pastors, are in a maculine term. That is what is called the 5-fold ministry. I do believe a women can be a Prophtess, But that is not a minister, A prophetess is someone that can pophecy or Interprate tongues in a Prophecy way, But that is Not in the Ministry. But one of the 9 spiritual gifts.

Those charged with oversight of a congregation are described in the Bible as being males. The 12 apostles of Jesus Christ were all males, and those later appointed to be overseers and ministerial servants in Christian congregations were males. (Matt. 10:1-4; 1 Tim. 3:2, 12) Women are counseled to “learn in silence with full submissiveness” at congregation meetings, in that they do not raise questions challenging the men in the congregation. The women are ‘not to speak’ at such meetings if what they might say would demonstrate lack of subjection. (1 Tim. 2:11, 12; 1 Cor. 14:33, 34) Thus, although women make valuable contributions to the activity of the congregation, there is no provision for them to preside, or to take the lead by instructing the congregation, when qualified men are present.

1 Corinthians 14:33-35 states, "...As in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church." At first glance, this seems to be a blanket command that women are not allowed to speak at all in the church. However, 1 Corinthians 11:5 mentions women praying and prophesying in the church - and does not condemn it. Therefore, 1 Corinthians 14:33-35 must not be an absolutely command for women to always be silent in church.
The context of 1 Corinthians 14:33-35 is talking about interpreting and understanding the gifts of tongues and prophecy (1 Corinthians 14:26-32). Therefore, 1 Corinthians 14:34 is not commanding women to be absolutely silent in the church all the time. It is only saying that women should not participate when tongues and/or prophecy is being interpreted and tested (1 Thessalonians 5:19-22; 1 John 4:1). This is in agreement with 1 Timothy 2:11-12 which says that women should not teach or have authority over men. If women were involved in deciding whether a prophecy was truly from God, they would be disobeying what the Bible says in 1 Timothy 2:11-12. Therefore, Paul tells women to be silent when tongues and prophecy are being interpreted so that they will not be disobeying God’s Word.
Keep in mind that it is also written in Acts 2, " ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy."
While husbands are surely given authority over their wives (with the intention of using such authority for loving and godly purposes), let us be careful not to stifle the message of the Holy Spirit that wishes to come forth from women in these last days!
Also, although Christ never made a woman one of His diciples, the very first witnesses to Christ were not men, but women!!

They are not to hold a position of authority over man or lead the church.
1 Corinthians 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
I am a born again Christian women who respects the laws of God. Praise the Lord!!
Women who disobey God's laws are only following their personal will and not one of God, and should not call upon the name of the Lord unless they repent and refreign from preaching in church..
Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

women are not to interpret scripture and teach it to men... that is what a sermon from the pulpit is. So no, women are not to be in the pulpit. Women do have their own studies and assist other women in theirs. Many are sunday school teachers for children... but they are not to make the interpritations. they are to pass on the teaching they are given. at some point befor children reach puberty they should switch to classes with male teachers. or goto gender seperated classes.

No they shouldn't. But there are books saying the former prostitute Mary Magladen was more honored than all the men apostles. And that is of course out of the bible. You need to go look for the other books.

Do I care? And why do you? Jesus had a lot of groupies who basically kept him going, and Paul and Timothy were full of ----! Its all nonsense made up to keep women in their place, and every bit as bad as what middle eastern religions teach. Are you aware that thousands of years ago the creator was thought of as female? Its true, but don't take my word for it. Look it up on the Internet, or read "The Chalice and the Blade."

who cares what gender they are as some of the best sermons I've heard were given by the Lady Minister we had in our Church. has nothing to do with the gender of a minister but rather the abilities of preaching the Gospel, having a good message, a sense of wisdom and knowledge and a willingness to serve the LORD and the congregation.
