how do I get rid of it and how did i get it?...its a gap between my thighs its disappering but i want it completely gone...how?

You will need to tone up your legs...Try squats or lower body exercises.

I come from a country where this thigh gap is not really accepted. I feel shy most times to wear what I wanna wear or to express myself fully. I have a great body though but in a place where 'mass' is the order of the day you feel so outa space being slim or skinny. I wish this can be publicized to every continent and country of the world. One doesn't make oneself, we are unique in our own way. Don't make life unbearable for others just because they dnt look like you.

Gee Mother Nature put that there so you wouldn't start forest fires when you walk in the woods!

A properly porportioned person has this gap and the bow-legged have an even greater gap.

The only way to get rid of this would be to become obese! Good Luck with that! How can you not see that this is perfectly normal for a human?

Honey, that gap is great! If you have no gap then it is because there is too much fat on your legs. I workout regularly & am very toned; I have a gap between my toned thighs.....

Doing squats & other leg exercises WILL NOT get rid of the gap, I'm proof of that. When you have too much fat on your legs, you will have no gap!!

tone up your legs .......... exercise.... you are probably slim most thin women has that,some models have that too .............
