It's not an age thing - it's a maturity thing. If you are mature enough to understand the implications of your actions and intentions, and also be prepared to handle the consequences, then I guess you can think about "kissing." Why don't you save it for the wedding? :)

there is no age limit. But its better to start young but mature enough to understand the significance. This will give you experience and by the time u are a teenager u won't be feeling all left out.

When you can handel the the male hormone when its in overdrive? Actually you should wait untill you find somoeone that you trust and care deeply about. If you don't some guys may think that they got a kiss! what else can they get?

Doesn't matter what age you are. What matters is that you are COMPLETELY comfortable with the person and you are mature enough to deal with whatever negative or positive could come from it. Don't rush into something with someone if you can't honestly say you are comfortable with them and you trust them.
