this question is about peoples opinions and what they think should happen, it is not meant to be a joke, I have heard various stories relating to this and they are not very nice at all ! infact some are downright inhumane!

Every vessel arriving in a US port must enter into and agreement with the US agreeing to abide by rules and regulation. The captain of a vessel has to turn over a stowaway immediately upon arrival at a US port to an immigration officer. If not they are facing hefty fines and maybe even criminal prosecution. A captain of a vessel knows everything and everyone aboard his vessel.

Most ships, even civilian ones, have a brig of some sorts. You would be placed in there until the ship hits a port, then you would be formally arrested. That is if it were an American ship. If it were Russian, or Iranian, or N. Korean, or any othe those other nut jobs, yes, you would be thrown over board. Or, sold as a slave at the next port of call.

Depends on the country, some would just shoot you there. If it were Canada you would be arrested brought ashore, given a lawyer for free, allowed to plead for refugee status, given money and accommodation, then when granted landed status, invite the rest of your family on humanitarian grounds.

Well in Australia a bunch of immigrants tried to come on a boat and got intercepted by the navy, They were all sent to Baxter Detention Centre as " Asylum Seekers" " illegal aliens", and they are probally still there now waiting to get deported or their VISAS approved. ...
So if your thinking about it, I would strongly advise against it. You will just be found and deported, no matter where you are, then you will ruin your chance of ever coming legally.

You can face prison time.
Big fine and court cost.
Made to pay all cost and damages including first class ticket.

Its stupid to do that- these days they might label you a terrorist
and pack you off to some unknown prison for torture treatments.

we live in false times.

You would be turned over to the police at the next stop,

But since alot of those areas are sealed up, most likely you would die.
