Honestly, probably the quickest antidote would be a shot of booze, but as that's not practical much of the time, here's a few other suggestions:

Try one or two Benadryl capsules. It causes sleepiness in most people, although there are those that say it makes them hyper,
so proceed at your own risk.

There are also herbal remedies available. Many people swear by the herb 'Valerian', and even use it as a natural sleep aid.

Chamomile tea is also known to have a calming effect.

If you're a coffee hound and really don't care for decaf, try one of the 'lite' coffees in the future, or simply mix your grounds half caf, half decaf. It allows you to drink more without causing extreme shakes. If you buy your coffee on the road, mix the two pots. Many coffee houses also offer a 'half-caf' option, and even if they don't advertise it, most places will accommodate such a request.

I really think that there is no antidote. Just let it ride its course and stay away from anything caffeine for a while (the rest of the day). While your "hyped" up why not put that energy into good use by doing something that takes up energy ie. cleaning, working out, etc.
