Your 18-3 hundred and sixty 5 days-previous is a criminal grownup, so different than this probation officer is your teenager's probation officer, there is not any longer plenty you're waiting to do. as quickly as you're heavily against non-marital intercourse, you may show your disapproval on your toddler, even nonetheless the probation officer isn't doing something unlawful, decrease back assuming that he (or she) isn't your toddler's probation officer. If he's, then the courting could be mentioned. My opinion might frequently comprise my view of the officer's character and character. If he have been particularly older than my daughter, i could be very in touch, and that i might additionally attempt to ensure that my daughter have been completely cautioned approximately beginning up administration and danger-loose intercourse, yet previous that, i would not have plenty recourse.

Hmm I guess it depends if your caught. As far as being liable..you are 18 (of legal age) and a student the only person that might have consequences might be the officer. It is usually frowned upon to fratinize with students, and they might lose their job over it??

Aside from the work issue, none really- at 18, you have a legal adult- they're free to fool around with whomever they wish.

Fooling around on campus when you're supposed to be working is the problem.

Probably nothing to big...unless it's happening during his "on duty time" then he is not working and therefor could get fired.
But 18 is legal so that is not the big deal it's the fact he is playing when he should be working.
