God didn't. Millions of years of evolution did. Men have been chasing skirt since the advent of sexual reproduction.
Making it feel good is just a built-in insurance policy that we'll do it often enough to continue the species.
Last I checked, there were more than 6 billion people on the planet. Guess it worked.
