Or, one can IGNORE the religion questions that might tend to upset one. Pretty simple.
As far as demanding, or even expecting that religion has no place in the discussion about education, it's naive to think the this discussion is not taking place in the REAL world of education.
There are parents, TODAY, that are demanding the creationism be taugh in science classes. (talk about misplaced categories!) Tennessee has actually made it so.
Sure, I can live without religion. But I live in a world where MOST people practice some form of religion. Should I demand that THEY conform to what I want?
I look around and, many times it looks like the REST of the world is out of step. But to the rest of the world, who is it that appears out of step?

I dont care if people ask legitimate questions, unfortunately a lot of people use this forum to simply insult what they dont agree with and they put it in the form of a question. Christians seem to be the brunt of most of the hateful and insulting questions. Its really quite sad.

No people can't stop talking about because they are allowed to ask questions about anything on here. And we have the freedom of speach. Even though the government says we don't we still do.

Can't you stop being bothered by us asking questions about religion?
Who do people tend to make fun of? The fat kid at school that gets red in the face and cries when you poke fun at him or the fat kid at school that just goes with it and doesn't appear to let it bother him? The fat kid who CRIES!!!
Stop making yourself a target...I'll teach you a little lesson in psychology. If I say, "God is a midget lover..." and you get upset and write back a halfwit comment, I think, "Ah HA!!! Now I've got 'em!!" I will tend to keep doing it...over and over and over...because it's fun to provoke people that get all flustered (human nature). If you IGNORE it and be the better person...be a BETTER CHRISTIAN (or whatever you are), eventually, people will get bored and leave you alone. It's no fun to make fun of someone who doesn't respond. It gets boring quick...
Just because someone says something bad about your God, does NOT mean you have to defend her. God has no problem defending herself...she doesn't need YOU...
