Dehydration possibly. Can cause headaches, dizziness, nausea, dry skin. Especially if your in the heat alot. Like here in Texas! lol Are you urinating ok? Is it dark or concentrated? Really try increasing your fluid intake. Drink Gatorade or some other type of sports drink to replace your electrolytes, not just water.

I run 8-10 miles a day in Nevada. I sometimes make the mistake of not drinking enough and by the end of the run, not only am feel ling dizzy, I will often feel sick to my stomach and will get a pretty severe headache. Drinking water is usually not enough to make me feel well again. I also have to take in salt and other minerals I depleted. Take care of yourself and stay hydrated.

yes, you can get lightheaded from being dehydrated. It will also cause you problems with your kidneys, and your skin will get awful. Drink up!

Yes, it can also cause headaches. It is your body in dehydration. Very dangerous if you are not careful.
