It's just a cut of the fish. Loins don't have to be legs.
And cod's mighty tasty too!

What are you talking about?

In beef & pork, etc., the Loin cuts don't come from the legs!

Do some research!

it is the thick lower part of the fillet, it is more of a marketing term then a real cut
