I replaced the column shaft that cuts the blinkers on and off, got a new lighting control box, new fuse, and they're still not working. What could be going on?

Either the turn signal switch or turn signal relay. If the green light comes on when you put the lever in the turn position, check for burned out bulbs, front and rear. If the bulbs are OK, replace the flasher relay.

Could be the multifunction switch. Make sure the emergency flashers aren't on the on position

check the flasher module, it should be in the same place as the fuses or close by.
If not, check out a CHILTONS manual at the library for your car.

Then if that doesn't work, trade for a different make of car.

Check and see if brake lights are working, if they are then it is the flasher.

Be sure the hazard switch is down, work it and see if they start working. Seen this many times.
