I send a girl a phone message to meet up and catch up because we hung out a lot at a friend's wedding. It was the first time I had seen her in four months. Anyway, she sent back a message that she was going out of town to visit her family, but she apologized a lot for not being able to come. She asked me to call her back, and she said she wanted to meet up next time. She got nervous, used "um" a lot, giggled at times, apologized twice, and left a message that was 118 seconds long! She did go visit her parents. Should I try to meet her again? Does she possibly like me?

Off course she likes you. She is shy, thats why she is acting a little wierd. Probably thinks the world of you and i shocked to see that there is a possibility that she will get to be with you.
